Analytics cookies and settings
Robust Digital Expert Limited uses optional Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand visits to selected public information and catalogue pages selected clicks towards enquiry pages and successful enquiries, and improve the website. You can accept or reject analytics without affecting access to our courses, enquiries or assessments.
What analytics measures
After you accept this notice (version 3), Google receives page views and selected enquiry-navigation click events identified by a public node number and a general page category, together with technical information collected by its analytics service, such as browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Google processes connection information, including your IP address, to provide the service. Click events use only the fixed action labels register_interest, contact or organisations and the public source page category. We count each action at most once per loaded page, within its main content; navigation and footer links are not included. These click events measure navigation. A separate rde_enquiry_complete event measures a newly saved Contact Us, Register interest or organisation enquiry, using only the fixed category contact, register_interest or organisations. Acceptance must be present at submission and confirmation. A five-minute, one-use receipt in your website session connects the save to its confirmation. A random receipt is remembered in this tab session, up to the last 20 receipts, to prevent repeated events; it is not sent to Google. No submission ID, report link or assessment answer is sent. Accepting for the first time after submitting does not count that past enquiry. These are received enquiries, not verified sales or enrolments. Destination URLs, link text and query values are not sent. Our integration does not send form answers, names, email addresses, assessment results, query strings, fragments or referring URLs.
This release measures selected published information and catalogue pages on www.robustdigital.expert. It excludes signed-in visits, form interaction tracking, assessment journeys and downloads. Form pages do not load the Google tag. Public page views exclude queries and fragments. The only confirmation exception is one fixed-category event after a newly saved enquiry; it uses a generic enquiry-received page identifier, never the real confirmation URL, query token, report content or referring URL. Confirmation pages do not receive an explicit page-view event. The organisation PDF and repeat report views are not measured. It does not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals.
Cookies and your saved choice
When you accept, Google Analytics can set _ga and _ga_ZQPX2REX6G cookies. This integration requests a maximum lifetime of 180 days and disables automatic renewal. Browser policies may shorten their lifetime. Analytics data retention in the Google Analytics property is managed separately and must not be inferred from cookie expiry.
We save your Accept or Reject choice in this browser under rde-site-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days. Earlier acceptance (versions 1 or 2) does not authorise this expanded scope and requires a fresh choice. An unexpired earlier rejection remains respected. This first-party preference contains a choice, notice version and time; it is not an assessment record or a marketing subscription. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page and successful-enquiry measurement is skipped. Browser blocking, rejection, expiry, refreshes or an unavailable confirmation can also leave a saved enquiry unmeasured. GA4 counts are therefore not the complete enquiry register.
Change your choice
Use the Cookie settings button on public pages or the button below. Rejecting after accepting disables collection for this integration, removes its readable analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. Withdrawal does not erase data already sent to Google. Other open tabs receive the change when browser storage events are available.
Website analytics consent is separate from Career Discovery assessment analytics and from permission to contact you. Changing this setting does not change either of those choices.
