The RDE learning approach
Build practical digital skills with guidance from the start
At Robust Digital Expert, learning connects knowledge with practical application. Develop your skills through relevant tools, exercises, project work and feedback that help you explain and demonstrate what you can do.
Whether you are starting your career, changing direction, returning to work or strengthening your existing skills, choose a learning route that fits your goals and experience.

Knowledge put to work
Learn, practise and show your progress
Learn through practical work
Move from understanding a concept to applying it. Depending on your programme, you may analyse a business problem, review data, plan project activities, develop a digital solution or build a freelance service.
Practical work helps you develop professional judgement, recognise gaps and produce evidence of your learning.
Receive mentoring from day one
Mentoring forms part of our academy learning approach from the beginning. Receive guidance as you work through challenges, review your progress and connect your learning with your career goals.
Our approach encourages you to ask questions, act on feedback and take responsibility for your development.
Learn with others
Develop your skills alongside other learners through relevant group activities, peer feedback and project collaboration.
Working with others gives you opportunities to explain your thinking, consider different approaches and practise the communication needed in professional settings.
Build evidence for your next step
Learning becomes more useful when you can show how you applied it. Relevant programmes help you develop work samples, project records and examples that support career conversations.
Use that evidence to explain your contribution, identify development priorities and prepare for suitable opportunities.
Learning that fits your goals
