Exam and certification
The examination associated with this route is DP-700. RDE does not currently include a Microsoft examination voucher. Book and pay for the official examination separately through Microsoft's authorised booking process. Preparation or attendance alone does not award this credential.
Validity and renewal
Role-based certification: one-year validity; renew before expiry under Microsoft policy.
Microsoft has announced an English-language syllabus update for 19 October 2026. Select the study-guide objectives applicable to your examination date.

Certification can support evidence of relevant skills, but experience, practical work and employer requirements determine suitability for a role. It does not guarantee employment or salary.
