Digital Mastery Program (DMP)

Strengthen advanced cross-functional digital capability, leadership, consulting and transformation skills through applied projects and professional development.

Strengthen advanced, cross-functional capability in digital transformation, consulting and leadership. This 24 to 26-week pathway combines advanced subject areas with applied scenarios, mentoring and an enterprise capstone.

Starting point and progression

The Mastery tier follows professional development and focuses on broader organisational decisions. Discuss your technical knowledge, professional experience and goals with our team before choosing this route. Senior positions require relevant experience as well as learning.

What you will learn

  • Advanced SQL and Python for analysis and applied digital work.
  • AI and emerging technologies, including machine learning, blockchain and the Internet of Things.
  • Cloud and cybersecurity integration.
  • Scaled Agile and hybrid project management.
  • Governance, enterprise change, digital transformation and enterprise strategy.
  • Advanced UI/UX, design thinking and accessibility.
  • Business analysis and project-management applications in banking and insurance.
  • NHS digital orientation, health informatics, data skills, governance and risk.

Practical work and tools

  • Evaluate digital options in relation to organisational needs and constraints.
  • Communicate an evidence-based recommendation to decision-makers.
  • Connect governance, risk, data and technology considerations across a solution.
  • Demonstrate advanced applied work through a capstone and professional portfolio.

Evidence reviewed: 5 October 2026. These examples describe the employment market for named roles and help you explore career progression.

These roles are examples of potential career directions as your relevant experience and responsibilities develop. Senior and management roles require additional experience; completing this programme alone does not establish eligibility for them.

Annual figures are gross permanent starting-salary projections at the 25th to 75th percentiles in Robert Half’s 2026 UK national guide. Contract figures are advertised daily rates at the 25th to 75th percentiles in IT Jobs Watch’s six months to 5 October 2026. They are different datasets, not directly comparable pay packages. Contract income depends on billable days, engagement terms, tax treatment including IR35, expenses and periods between assignments.

Course completion does not guarantee employment, promotion or a particular level of earnings.

Mentoring and career support

Mentoring starts from the beginning and connects learning with practical development. The programme includes six months of job-search support and three months of in-role support, as shown in the programme information. This support helps you prepare and progress; it does not guarantee employment or a particular salary.

Certification and assessment information

Practical work and portfolio evidence help you demonstrate what you have learned. Ask our team to confirm the assessment arrangements, any RDE certificates, relevant vendor examination routes and what is included in your offer before enrolling. A programme completion certificate and an external professional qualification are different awards.
