Enterprise Data Mastery Program (EDMP)

Advance into strategic enterprise analysis through business cases, advanced SQL and Python, cloud data platforms, governance, regulatory data strategy, consulting and leadership.

Develop advanced enterprise analysis, data strategy and consulting capability. This 26 to 30-week programme combines strategic business analysis, technical investigation, governance and executive communication for learners with suitable foundations or experience.

What you will develop

  • Apply root-cause analysis, value-stream mapping, impact assessment, feasibility analysis and benefits management.
  • Develop advanced SQL and Python practice and explore enterprise data platforms including Snowflake, AWS and Azure.
  • Examine enterprise data strategy and governance using DAMA-DMBOK and Collibra-related concepts.
  • Explore regulatory and risk-data scenarios including BCBS 239, SFDR and MiFID II as learning topics; assess requirements in their business context.
  • Develop consulting proposals, workshops, leadership and executive communication; use AI-assisted requirements, validation and automation with accountable review.

Practical work

Prepare an enterprise business analysis strategy and present it to a board-style assessment panel. Connect the business case, data needs, governance, risks, implementation choices and benefits in a defensible recommendation.

Career directions

Build evidence for progression towards senior business analysis, enterprise consulting, data governance and transformation roles. Leadership, architecture and management positions require relevant professional experience beyond programme completion.
