Integrated Enterprise Data & Business Analysis Program (IEDBAP)

Progress from foundational business analysis and data concepts to advanced enterprise analysis, governance and data strategy through one integrated pathway.

Follow a connected journey through enterprise data foundations, professional business analysis and advanced strategy. This 36 to 44-week integrated programme combines EDF, EDBA and EDMP into a staged pathway from beginner development to advanced practice.

What you will develop

  • Foundation stage: workplace digital tools, business analysis, elicitation, process mapping, data concepts, Agile and stakeholder engagement.
  • Professional stage: requirements engineering, BPMN, SQL, data modelling, target operating models, governance and analytical delivery tools.
  • Mastery stage: strategic analysis, advanced SQL and Python, cloud data platforms, enterprise governance, consulting and leadership.
  • Apply AI support across the stages with verification, confidentiality and professional responsibility.
  • Build practical evidence through a foundation mini-project, an end-to-end requirements and dashboard project, and an executive strategy presentation.

Practical work

Progress from documenting a business process to delivering a requirements pack and dashboard, then an enterprise strategy presented to a board-style panel. Discuss the current sequencing and intensity with RDE; the integrated duration is not the sum of the standalone programmes.

Career directions

Explore a progression from junior analysis and reporting towards business analysis, data-focused analysis and, with experience, senior enterprise or governance work. Starting as a beginner does not mean immediate eligibility for senior or management jobs on graduation.

These roles are examples of potential career directions as your relevant experience and responsibilities develop. Senior and management roles require additional experience; completing this programme alone does not establish eligibility for them.

Mentoring and career support

Mentoring connects technical learning with practical development and professional evidence. Your programme includes six months of job-search support and three months of in-role support. Discuss the arrangements and starting dates with our team, including CV, LinkedIn and interview preparation. Employment is not guaranteed.

Certification and assessment information

CBAP is an experienced-professional certification with documented work-experience, professional-development and reference requirements. Study alone does not establish eligibility. CDMP requirements differ by certification level.
