Integrated Project Management Expertise Program (IPMEP)

Progress from project-management foundations to advanced leadership through one connected pathway covering planning, governance, Agile delivery, risk, transformation and enterprise projects.

Follow one connected journey from project foundations to advanced leadership. This 36 to 44-week integrated route combines the Foundations, Professional and Mastery stages with mentoring and progressively demanding practical work.

What you will develop

  • Foundation stage: project lifecycles, PRINCE2 concepts, Agile and Scrum, planning, budgets, resources and professional communication.
  • Professional stage: structured and Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, change and issue control, quality improvement and project reporting.
  • Mastery stage: programme and portfolio awareness, governance, scaled Agile, transformation and leadership.
  • Explore project tools including Microsoft Project, ProjectManager.com, Trello, ClickUp, Jira and Confluence; apply AI-assisted planning and reporting with human verification.

Practical work

Build a charter, plan and risk register, develop an end-to-end hybrid project case study, then present a large-scale project strategy to a board-style panel. Discuss the current sequencing and intensity with RDE; the integrated duration is not the sum of the standalone stages.

Career directions

Explore progression from support and coordination towards project management and, with professional experience, programme or enterprise leadership. A beginner starting point does not imply immediate eligibility for senior jobs on graduation.
